Why not to work in a cost-cutting company!

I just have to rant about this thing, at work the boss just cut off 2 part time T.A.'s(teacher's assistant), leaving only me and another teacher, but me in the learning center all the time. I had to do a lot of stuff plus watch over the kids, and the kids are too much of a handful that is why I would really appreciate some help in watching over them for they never listen.
It seems like the company is taking advantage of me and wants me to do everything. The pressure at work is so great and overwhelming most of the time, and it somehow gives me a relief knowing that there are 2 TA's coming in on certain days. But after hearing that she cut them off, it just felt like she's taking advantage of me and I kinda feel like working as a slave.. it's like literally working my butt off.
Too much responsibility. Honestly, I think the staff they had was just right if not enough, but now what do they expect me to do?
I am sooooo furious... what to do... experienced this at work?

ohhhh.. your experience is kinda frustrating. i could say that it would definitely require a longer patience in dealing with your work.. to take care of kids and feel like you are treated as slaves. but anyways, maybe your boss dont mean to treat you that way.. but if this thing continue, you can voice out your feelings though. i havent encountered such situation like yours coz i havent been employed. im still studying. good luck in your working life.
