Risotto, paella, biryani -one pot rice dishes

I adore rice cooked with something as a one pot meal. I love paella, especially with lots of seafood, I frequently make a simple risotto with saffron and wine, I love biryani with hot curry spices, sometimes I make barbeque rice with tomatoes and molasses. What other one pot rice dishes do you cook and could recommend?
