I think you should speak both languages. You introduce an object using english and call it again using tagalog.
However, I don't think you should rush the baby to learn english right away. If she will be living in the philippines, tagalog should be her primary language because she will be interacting more with filipinos than any other.
Besides, she will learn english language in school as she gets older.
I started introducing english language to my son even during his infancy but as he grew, he learn more tagalog. But, when he reaches grade school, he learn to speak it into perfection.
Be patient. You'll be surprised she has added french lessons in her schedule:)

Just talking to her in all the languages will enable her to learn all of them . The younger a child is the easier it is for them to pick up on something new or different . When a child is born they have no language and have to learn , and they learn by what we as parents teach them .
I only know one language but my three year old knows some of three languages . We speak English but my older children are fluent in French as they were taught in the French emersion class and so just them talking to my daughter in French as enabled her to pick up on the language and she also knows Spanish , she learned the Spanish from t.v , but mostly from the show Dora the Explorer as they are always teaching Spanish on this show . I think it is great that at three she already knows things I don't and this was only by listening to others .

You have a good intention towards your child. As for me, I was thought of simple english words when I was a kid. As I grow up it's more of the schools job to teach me english. Oh by the way, I am also a Filipino. I think you can also do the same teach your child mostly Tagalog or Filipino since we really are in the Philippines but don't forget to introduce simple english like whenever she's watching kid's show in english. Try to explain to her both the languages so she'll be inclined to study both. But I don't recommend forcing your child to immediately be aware of english.

I think it's a good idea to teach your child both languages. I've heard the best way to do it is to make sure that the child hears both languages a lot of the time, and it will make it easier to teach.
