i had been using Nivea deodorant cream for more than a year now. i basically first got it to try if it's whitening effect will really do miracles on me. haha! well, true, i don't have a white armpit... before! but after a few months of using it, it really whitened my underarms. plus, it is very effective in curing underarm odor, too. and i love this product so much!

I know some people who use talcum powder or lime juice. Alternatively, you can wear some perfume. It used to be a problem when I was young but I am glad such problems stay where they are normally - in the puberty/adolescence stage. :P

Luckily I never had problems with them but I'm also using natural deodorant every morning after shower. At the moment I have one with the fragrance of green tea. No idea where it's made, somewhere in EU.

I use those spray ones, Haven't yet faced any such problem so no worries. Neither have I heard about anybody who had faced any such thing. Any ways I do sometimes feel that artificial chemicals aren't good for skin still have't seen any hazard so keepin shut. Any ways You Take Care May GOD Bless YOU

Lol i think the technique is to scrub and clean your armpits clean and use a deodorant all the time:) Usually, the cause of smelly armpits are germs and sweat plus some left over chemicals from your deo. So if you dont clean your armpits well, it will smell the next time you sweat.

You can try arnica cream in place of deidirant. It doesn't mask the smell, it stops it at the source. Arnica kills odor-producing bacteria for several days, so you need to apply it only about once a week. You can find it in many health food stores.

Here in the Philippines we use powdered alum crystals. It eliminates odors, lessens perspiration and whitens the skin. It can also be used as foot powder.

I use Lady stick it helps keep you dry, but I know of people with problems in that area, and they use vinegar, I know it sounds gross, but vinegar is a natural antiseptic and it soothes the skin if it is inflamed, (after shaving with a blunt blade)

I don't really have a smelly armpits... I even switch from one deodorant to another and some people say it's better to maintain your deodorant as it it would lessen the risk of getting a smelly armpits..but am glad with all the switching thing from one deodorant to another, I still haven't gotten my armpits smelly... :P the few deodorants I have been using are the ones from rexona, axe, nivea, and block and white,

Lush.com do a range of lovely smelling solid deodorants and I particularly like their deodorant powders. They don't contain any nasty chemicals like other deodorants do.

Hi, yanjiaren. I use Dove. Any deodorant that has an antiperspirant will do the job. It helps to fight off wetness and odor.
