Have you outgrown your wedding ring or any ring? I have and it is very depressing that my fingers have swelled so much. I can't wait to loos the weight so I can wear them once again.

Luckily I havent....in fact the first ring that my husband and kids gave me 8 yrs ago still fits as do my wedding rings and any other ones Ive gotten since

You can always go to a jewler. and have them fitted. I thought you lost some weight?

I am pretty sure you can get some added to it, but then there is a goal for you to lose weight, to fit into your rings....it will happen if you work at it...good luck
