A new born baby weighs only 270 grams!

Just watched a tv report here, that a new born baby weighs only 270 grams! He/she is a Colombian. Any body from this reagion got more information about his/her present situation?

No good for the weigh of new baby.usualy it may be 3000-3500 grams.

yeah, but this infant is toooo small, only 270 grams. not sure of its present situation. hope he/she is well.
