Instructions for knifty knitter

Does anyone know of a site I can go to to get good instruction on the knifty knitter long looms? I just want to make a blanket, and I can not find any good instructions on it! Even on the web site that the instructions that come with it said to go, the instructions are not very clear.
Thank you! I'm just looking for very simple instructions.

Im working on a blanket on the longest the blue one. I finished my first panel,and I am working on my second now.
On my blog is a link to knitting pattern central. You might find a pattern there.I did mine in a e wrap on all the pegs. I did purls on the edges to keep it from curling.
