Have you ever worked in personal owned company?

I worked in a personal owned printing company for 1year and a half .The farewell here is not good .Everymonth the salary is RMB1500,means USD190. to you all,maybe it's really a very less amount .to me .it's too . And I work as sales in company . in charge of getting orders from foreign clients .if I get order .then I can get some commision .but still be less amount . I had calculated,I can get USD200 (salary +commision ) per month . but that's is not enough . and just because I work in this personal owned company .I canot get any extra cost when we enjoy your international holiday,like May Day, Spring Festival, that's very important holiday for our chinese .all the other company will give servral days for rest with salary . but our company only have one day holiday .without salary .so I really want to quit the job and finding another one .I admit here is only one advantage .very freedom .so I can get on line and had free time to join Mylot . Did you had ever met such kind of treatment like me? How did you solve this kind of problem? find a new job or tell this to goverment??
