Seems every time I buy a bottle of vitamins, its hard to know what size the pill is because you can't see through the bottle. They turn out to be horse pills and I struggle to swallow them. Please don't suggest cutting them in half. Is there a vitamin on the market that is small and coated? Like the old One-A-Days that had in the 60s. They were about the size of candy red-hots.
Maybe a liquid vitamin would be better. They taste good and are better absorbed by the body. both my boys take liquid vits now and really like it. If you'd like the link to a site that sells liquid vitamins let me know.
