will you feel scared to testify for murder in case if you have witness one

I'm one of those people who would definitely testify. I know it's scary at times, and you really don't know what could happen in terms of your own safety, but it's one of those "civil duty" type feelings for me.

If I ever witnessed a murder - i so hope I will never do that - I think i would gladly testify. I believe the laws are there for a reason and they should be followed. The laws regarding ending other peoples lives especially. I would not like to think I would not try to help getting the truth about a murder out in the open.

i dont know what i would do thankfull ive never been in that situation and hopefull i never will

I think I would be scared, I mean this person has already murdered once they may figure a way for me to be next. But, I would have to do everything in my power to make sure they weren't let go to do it again scared or not.

being in the line of work I am in, I would definitely testify. If I was scared, I would still testify because this person may go free to commit more crime if I don't.

witnessing a crime will probably brought me a lot of sleepless nights. my conscience cannot bear the guilt feeling of keeping mum. I will testify to help give justice to the victim and somehow help his/her family in solving the case.yes, it would be scary on my part because the murderer may get back at me. but if my government would grant me their witness protection, my scare would somehow lessen
