Do you take Vitamins?I am still learning my way around the Vitamin - shelf and I am fascinated with the results I am receiving. I have increased my potassium and my Selenium. I recently learned that Selenium can help ( some individuals ) with " sluggish Thyroids "of course...you should always consult your Doctor, before you try anything new, as this may not work for you.But if you have any interesting Vitamin Information please Share. I am genuinely interested.

Vitimans and herbs can be very helpful but you are correct in reminding everyone to talk to their Doctor first. Talking to your Doctor is very important. Some surgerys cannot be preformed when you are taking certain herbal treatments. You have to be off of htem for a period of time before the surgery can be preformed. MAny people do not know this. I have serious medical problems and My neorologist told me to never take anything over the counter without consulting with her first. That included herbal treatments.

Some vitamin just don't work well and just go through the system without a great deal of benefits...I take Greens+ it is a multi vitamin through vegetable and fruit. It is easier on the system. http://www.greensplus.com/ if you go to your local health food store they can help you find what is important for you.
