well you nedd to play with servers of the same region like the friends or the group on or around in your city because if you are very fast from a server then you may be thrown out of game due to very high pinging between you and the server located at very distant place if you have a group of friends the search in goolge for hamachi servers the best that are used for building private servers build your server invite your friends and enjoy online gaming you might experience some problems in begiinging but you may keep on searching n google woth statements like: ihave connected server but cant see my friends online the you get soolution to your problem to thelp you i am adjoining a snap of server take a look at it
