As I've seen in askmen.com, Beyonce was declared the most beautiful and sexiest woman in the world. Keira Knightly, Penelope Cruz, and other beautiful stars were outcast by the great singer-actress, Beyonce Knowles. What do you think about this? Does she deserve such honor?

NO!! none of the mentioned above I concider sexy. It's merely propoganda nothing more. The only sexy woman is the one that turns your inner feelings into MUSH!
