Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.

hi friend, its good to hear that finally you have decided to quit smoking. First of all i would like to tell you that even i am a smoker and i have been successful in quiting.
The technique is very simple, just make up your mind that atleast one day you will stay without smoking. If you be successful in that then you can surely quit. If you stay without smoking for a day, then you can question yourself that when i can stay without smoking for a day then why cant i stay for days/months/years. I am sure my friend you will be able to quit.
If this too doesnt work out then you have to get support from your close ones. You have to tell them that they shouldnt speak to you if you continue smoking. Atleast for their sake you will make an attempt.
I agree that it is very difficult for a smoker to stay without smoking and i am not telling you to totally quit it. Just have rare smokes and then finally quit it.

Hi !!! I think u have decided right. This is d correct time to quit. I think u should control urself. If u smoke 10 pcs a day then u should reduce it to 8. Continue for some days ten try reducing to 6, then carry on. You will see in a couple of weeks ,u have completely come out of ur habbit. Just try to concentrate on ur goal that u have to leave smoking in any case and u will see d result.
