scope of responsibilities of hospital administrators

They must help the patients at any time when the patient want treat ment they must and should arrange the doctor and they must provide atleast a bed or first aid, In india the most worst hospitals are running by the government, there are alot of things which gone and which are going wrong in india, in india the government hospitals are not running properly, the doctors are engaged in their own clinics, they wont come to the hospitals at correct time and they wont show responsibilities on patients, they are not intrested in serving the poor people without cost, they always looks for money, even a compounder demands money in a government hospital, my big comment is now a days treatment became a business, they are not treatment for people just a business for doctors. So my dear people please avoid private hospitals and visit government hospitals and complaint against them if any miscomfortables found.
