| |  i have... 0 lvls at 99, i don't see the point in rushing it, plus i don't have the patience to stand there doing the same thing over and over like wc or fishing.
the closest i have atm, is 94 str, 92 hp, and 92 cooking.
the cape of achievement i have is the quest cape, so i guess i haven't really been interested in getting one for a skill, perhaps i should try?
