Remote control cars  

I've never understood the fascination with them. Yeah, they look neat, but you only get so much play time before the battery dies. And they can be SO expensive! DH and SS are kind of into them. We probably have $500 worth of cars, chargers, batteries, etc. It just seems like a waste of money to me. But they have fun when they play with them. What else could I say?

I went to an auction about 3 weeks ago. I bought a box with 6 RC cars. I don't play with them. I bought them for my 2 grandsons. It cost me $40 total for the box. All but one worked & the daighter needed to buy a lot of batteries. The grandsons love them. Thanks.

I'll admit I've never had a remote control anything, but they look cool.

BUT, I went to wait for the roomie at her job one day & there were all these guys in the parking lot playing with remote control cars during their lunch, even had part of the lot blocked off to do so. She works at a pretty cool place that does things to keep the badged (if not temp) employees happy. I think they might do things for the temps, but since they aren't actually working FOR the company, they can only do so much. It is sort of an insentive to get badged tho.

My son does. In fact he wants a remote control airplane now. They sure have great toys that are mechanic inclined and fun to work and also last a good long time with a bit of care. I have never had an interest in small vehicles. I like the adult real size ones.

i love rc cars lol ever since i was a car im trying to earn money from all the sites on my profle and buy a £650 ultimate rc car which has every thing (its a treat for me lol)
