At the recent mumbai international film festival, i saw Volver by Pedro. It was too good. Pedro as director has a very good art of story telling. Very different. His characters linger in ur mind long after u leave the cinema house. Penelope Cruz gives an outstanding performance, Sure she got nominated for oscars! One thing i noted very distinctly of this movie is its simplicity of its environment, its characters, its language. All seem to make u fall in love with them! Volver points out to the simple things in life in a very different way. it gives us the new perspective to see life. it gives a new dimension to cinema! As i always believe - 'Cinema is born out of life & Vice-verca!!!
