Do you GRUNT & GROAN when getting out of a car or up from a recliner?

OK...gotta be honest on this one! How many out there HAVE to make some kind of noise when getting out of (or sometimes into) cars, getting up from a recliner chair or a couch, etc.? I know it's mostly about "age" (and 'condition'), and I must admit, I've reached that point. It's almost an 'unconscious' thing actually...just seems to "help"...sort of like I remember hearing some body-builder guys do at the gym at times when they were lifting real heavy weights. Just wondering how many others find themselves making "new noises" to help them in some of these "routine-maneuvers"?

LOL Just had to laugh at this one cos I have just been complaining about myself doing this? In my defence I am waiting for spinal surgery so I can't really help it but at 37 I feel silly!
