Do you get along with your neighbors in your apartment/condo building?

I have an old bitter man below me who complains about me all the time. He doesn't even complain about realistic things, he ecuses me of doing laundry at 3:00 in the morning. The first time I met him all he did was complain. Now I see him and I just ignore him because he is a pain in my a**! Do you guys have any problems with your neighbors??

I live in a dorm room. The people above me play techno all NIGHT LONG and it sounds like they are bowling in their room :-/
I've yelled at them countless times. Nothing works. I've called the managers on them and everything. AND these guys are creepy. If there is any girl in site they will flock to her and try to get her into their dorm room.
