Are beer or wine part of your grocery budget?

I've never been the kind to keep wine, wine coolers, beer, or mixing drinks in my house. It's only recreational for me. I find it way to expensive to keep in the home on a regular basis. Are recreational beverages always in your home and a regular part of your budget?
