I am really battling this diet. I am an emotional eater....I eat when I am happy, sad, angry...just name the emotion and I will eat! LOL Seriously, are there any dieting tips that you can offer? I am excercising daily now and limiting my portions. I have cut out soda and have water and an occasional glass of tea or juice. I haven't yet been able to cut my morning coffee. I don't think many people would like me very much if I were to do that! Even tasty low fat recipes would be great! Help!

I took the liberty of looking at your profile for your age and gender. Don't worry about being an "emotional eater"...there's a reason for that. You're (and you may not want to read this) approaching the pre-menapause years of your life. Your hormones aren't in balance anymore and because of this, you're wanting to eat more, eat things that aren't good for you, experience hot flashes, emotional swings and other such stuff. www.tni.com/darrenandkaelidenny That's my website. Look for Tahiti Trim Plan 40. If you're really serious about not only loosing weight, but getting your hormones in balance safely AND naturally as well as maintaining a healthier lifestyle, then this is the plan for you. TTP 40 [TM] is based from the main ingreedient: the noni juice. Everything that we sell has noni in it and it comes highly recommended by doctors, athletes and health professions. I've used it for my family and since we've started, my grade school children has only missed two days...EACH! Colds, flus, sickness doesn't seem to come near my family because noni is an immune booster. Back to your diet. You should drink lots of water, that's good. Do a cleanse for your body to get rid of the toxins in your body. Again, the TTP 40 is great for this. For three days you have to stick with the menu and you'll feel much better. My hubby went on it and lost 7 pounds in three days. What you'll eat are veggies, protien, water and soy. There also some vitamins that you'll need to take to help put minerals and vitamins back into your system as it's being flushed. During the cleanse, you'll have to give up your morning coffee, but noni can help people kick the caffeen habit anyways. Take some cottage cheese and mix it with ranch dressing powdered mix. Use that for a dip and it's delicious.

exercising daily would really help. i don't think there is a need for you to cut your morning coffee. gourmet coffee, in particular, could even aid in digestion, so it would be really good for you. eat more fiber-rich fruits, too, when you wish to snack out.
