I love to cook with chicken and seem to be running out of ideas and have made quite a few different ones out of the cookbooks that I own. Does anyone have something that they would consider "different" that is made with chicken?

Must admit.. even though it is a well known soup chicken sweet corn soup is yummmmmmy on a cold winters day!! lol..
Or a chicken fillet butterflied and seasoned with your favourite herbs and spices, char grilled... wait a minute .. I think I'll get the bbq started up!! hahaha
