I much prefer using fresh vegetables every time, but sometimes frozen is cheaper and easier. I love the taste of fresh vegetables, and think they are healthier too

we live near a market which always has fresh fruits and vegetables that came from nearby towns. Also it has fresh meat and seafoods. I always go there in the morning to buy fresh foods that will be cooked for the whole day.

It depends on what vegtable it is and if I can't find the vegtable I want fresh. I pefer fresh with our dinner. At lunch on the weekends I will use frozen but I only use the steam kind from green giant. I haven't had a lot of luck with other kinds of frozen vegtables. They taste bad to me, and I can't eat them. Besides the fact that it doesn't save a lot of time if I am already cooking.

We use fresh vegetables most of the time because they are more nutritious, and we actually have a small garden outside our house where we get our supply of fresh vegetables..

It depends on the time of year and what I'm using them for. If I'm making a casserole, soup or stew, frozen is usually just fine. Also, I tend to use more frozen foods in the winter when the fresh stuff is more expensive. In the Spring, Summer and Fall though, I love to go down to the farmers market and buy my produce fresh from the growers. I've found that the quality is a lot better there than at the grocery store, and the prices are better too.

Usually fresh vegetables, but I tend to use canned vegetables like corn and peas and green beans when I don't have the time to get fresh vegetables or if they are easier to store canned for the time being.
I like using things like spinach, cabbage, lettuce, and other leafy greens fresh.

Frozen, frozen, frozen !
It is so conveniant... already chopped ... ready to cook ... nothing to do but to pour it in a pan or a pot
and they are very healthy as well since they are frozen fresh ... still got all the vitamins and all ... way better than any can !
I reckon sometimes they don't taste as great as fresh vegetables but when you think about our busy lives nowadays and if you still want to cook and have healthy balanced meals, well, frozen food is the way to go ! ... at least for me ;-)

I always use fresh vegetables as I think they are much nicer with the exception of peas which are much cheaper frozen and I dont' mind the taste of them even though it is very different to that of fresh peas.

well my country has lote of fresh fruit and vegtables so i always try to use the fresh ones and not the frozen
it is more healthy that way
usually there arn't the vitamens and minerals that fresh veg. have in frozen foods
and it also tastes different- less tastful..

always fresh everything
lately sometimes frozen chicken tenders though, they are good and convenient, like a backup food supply
I try to shop everyday for that day, I get just fod for dinner and maybe another item or two
then nothing rots or gets wasted and everything really fresh
whats the sense in buying meat for next week and having it rot for a week before you cook it?
