i've never heard of maplestory sea. i'm assuming maplestory is better though.

if not wrong, mapleSEA is meant for people living in the South East Asia, while Global more for European? I play MapleSEA, but have no means to play MapleGlobal as I cannot set up an account under Global.

Think they block people living in Asia from joining mapleGlobal, hence i have to means to compare between the 2 when I can only play in MapleSEA.

SEA stands for South East Asia. So if you don't live there you can't play the game. They check your ip first. Yup, that's why we can't play KMS which everyone wants to do.

Maple Sea is further in the patches then us so they have more stuff. There is no such thing as normal maplestory its called mapleglobal, there is also jms (japanese) A lot futher then maple global, Taiwan maplestory, eurostory, and where maple story originaly came from korea. KMS has the most stuff.

i personally think mapleSEA is much much better. maple sea= maple south east asia.
it contains alot more maps-i mean ALOT MORE-alot more monsters and i thnk each monster gives better exp as well. such as snail giving 10exp on maple sea and in global 3exp.(not sure ).

also, the gm's on global maple story are not as active because they are really seen so that is why the hacking level has increased over the past year or so.

but at mapleSEA, the gm's are actually normal players that are chosen by the higher mods so they are players that play nearly every single day.
so they are seen much much more than in global maplestory.
the last point is, when banining someone, in global it is plain old
"-name- was banned -time-
-name2- was banned -time-"

but in mapleSEA, it is much more real and funny such as
"name1- got caught for stealing all the monsters to the corner of map(vaccing)"
"name2- for atking non stop for the past 18 hours(botting)"
this makes the game community much better so i personally believe mapleSEA is much better.
