Atkins or South Beach?

I am planning to have a new diet and I am still undecided on what to diet to take... Atkins or south beach? I have read tons of stuff on both approaches, but have not really talked to people about their experiences about them. So which is better atkins or south beach? Are any of these workable? What are the things I should consider?

I pesonaly know from experience Atkins works and you dont have to go hungry on it .I lost 100 lbs on it !it can get boring but you get over that when you begin to see the results!
