Do you have a pet bird? What is he/she like?

My mum's friend moved abroad giving us a parrot in the 1980's.Now I have him in my home as my mum has cats. He is a white fronted Amazon. He loves to talk, whistle, fly around the room and eat food.

I have a half-moon conure, of unknown age that I have had for just about a year now. She's such a clown and has a great personality, but isn't much of a talker. I also have an African Grey who's around 7 years old. He's quite the talker, impersonates all sorts of electric noises and is afraid of everything. He's a little difficult to be affectionate with, because he's so afraid of some many things but he's lovable in his own way too.

I've got 5 parrots. I have 2 cockatiels, a lovebird, a suance conure, and a senegal parrot. They don't really talk much, just whistle and chirp a lot. That's ok with me though, personality is more important to me than talking. My senegal does say a few things though. He says "Whee" and "Davi" which is his name. He also does a perfect imitation of a squeaky chair in my kitchen. I'm not sure but a few times I thought I heard him try to say "I love you." and "Hurray".
