The only time we ever used a cellphone was when a friend was very ill and thought he might need us to take him to a hospital quickly. Other than that, I use a pay phone if I really need to contact someone when I am away from home, and that is practically never.

I still worry about the studies they had a while back when they thought that people who used cellphones too much had a greater danger of developing brain cancer. Even if I used a cellphone, I would only use it for emergencies, but everyone I know that has one seems to be talking on them all the time. Whatever do they find to talk about?
