i have read all the books so far. i cant wait for the next one in fact. my daughter and i both read them. we see the movies too of course. now in the book it was great. i couldnt put it down. as far as the movie went i was very disappointed. it seemed to have left out alot of the important parts. in fact dobby is not the one who helped harry in the movie. it changed so much and left so much out how in the world are they going to make another movie without everyone being lost.

yeah, I definitely think that the GoF movie left a LOT to be desired. When I first saw it, I really wasn't bothered that much by it, but the more I watched it, the more I realized how much was wrong with it. They just changed too much, and left too many things out. And put things in that just weren't needed.

that is how i felt. i thought maybe i was being to anal. it just seems like they will have a hard time getting the next movie to match with the book cause so much was different in this one.

I think they've just gone about making the movies the completely wrong way. First thing they should have down was wait for the whole series to be finished before they started making them. And they just chose so many of the wrong people for the job. Steve Kloves definitely shouldn't have been the sreenwriter. He gave Hermione all of the wrong lines, line that were supposed to be Dumbledore's, and Ron's.

I felt the Goblet of Fire was a very dark movie, not a feel good movie at all. I did not get a chance to read the book, but I suspect that there was a lot in the book that didn't make it to the movie. The books are so long and filled with things happening that you can't put it all in the movie unless you want a marathon movie like titanic. The next movie has no quiddich scenes because they just didn't have the time to get it into the movie.

you are right they couldnt put everything in the movie. it just they changed alot of how things happened compared to the book. to me they changed it so much that it was not like the book at all it was just a movie. all the other movies went with the books this is the only one that they really changed stuff in. they left the hosue elves completely out of the movie and tey were a big part of the book. it would of been a great movie if i would have never of read the book.

I agree. Goblet of Fire has been the most disappointing movie so far. All the action was there, but they left out so much of the character interaction that makes the novels a little more than just your standard fantasy story.
