I haven't gotten a star yet. I don't even know what it means.

I think there is really something wrong with myLot. Our ratings have all been dropped recently. I understand how you feel - it took 2 days for me to climb back to 10 this time.

Give it a day or 2 my friend, I think your rating would be back to normal soon. I am going to go to all your discussions now and give you all the pluses. Hope this will help you return to 10 tomorrow. ;-)

I have seen this happen to so many people who just didn't deserve it and I can't understand why it happened to you. I am also going to do as our friend the wise wizard is doing. I will also go through your discussions and give you a plus for them all and hopefully your blue star will be sparkling beside your name before to-morrow.

Grandmaof2, I'm so sorry this has happened to you. I have seen in recent days that many peoples stars have fallen. My star hasn't changed but my rating in my star has. I think that it may have something to do with the discussions that are being deleted. I have noticed in recent days that many discussions are being deleted, and couldn't figure out why until last night when I ran across this link in a response. I will do as lordwarwizard and alexandria and go to your previous discussions that I haven't yet rated and hope this will help to get your star back up where it belongs. :)

I tried to read between the lines here and I think I know where you are coming from. I've been waiting for mine to drop as it seems I have some followers and I am sure they are just waiting for me to mess up. It will probably happen after this reply.lol. But no worries here either.I personally think the star and the whole rating thing should be done away with.

It's mostly due to deleted discussions that may have violated some of myLots guidelines. My rating only went down 1 point from 99/100 to 98/100 so it's not all that bad. If a member responded to or started a discussion that mylot felt wasn't within it's guidelines those members lose points, rating numbers as well as earnings due to this. I feel that this MLPD is not such a good thing as since the day I first heard of them seeking out offenders that a LOT of members have started to lose points, earnings, ratings etc. Just an observation I've noticed. I didn't see many posts prior to hearing of the MLPD. Anyhow don't worry about it I say. Just keep plugging away.

I know it has alreayd been said but I fele sure that this is just temporary for you. You will get back to your lovely star blue star. It seems so confusing the way things change and ratings drop and we don't understand why

Well I had a 10 star rating for about a week but then it went right down to a 7 but now I am climbing back up again so no worries I think that some other members or even friends probably put an minus next to our response for not agreeing but not to worry as I bet you will surely make it up again and have your 10 star rating again.

Mine too. I didn't think I would be so effected by it but I was. I went from a 10 to 9. At 9 I was at 94/100 then it went to 91/100 and I don't want to look at it again in case it's lower. I got paranoid and wondered whether someone had a vendetta and was rating negatives against my posts.

Isn't it awful to think you are not liked. And I too thought I was being responsible!
