Chicken balls are NOT Chinese, but a North American invention (have gone to a real Chinese restaurant and been the only caucasion in the whole restaurant with the menu in Chinese - there was no chicken balls... Where did spaghetti come from? Anyone know? Most of us know that the ice cream cone was born on Coney Island where an ice cream salesman and a waffle salesman were beside each other and rather than giving away his dishes, he opted for another idea... How about french fries? Where did they come from? Any other yummies that people know the history of and want to share?
