career headline and objective for my resume

I hope you have gotten that resume written after 4 years but make sure you are keeping it up to date. Having read some resumes for positions that I have tried to fill, I prefer someone who has an objective that will give some insight into how they are going to improve our company. Using words such as gain knowledge, assisting in making necessary improvements, etc. I do not want someone coming in thinking that they know how to run our business or are going to make drastic changes. This is a good place to let a company know you are a team player.
