Listening to Music

Music is beyond languages. It calms the soul; relieves tension;
good musci is a real treat to the ears. it has a soothing effect
on us. keeps our mind free from worries, tension, fear, hatred,
nagative emotions, cluttered thoughts and disturbance
I also sing and it gives me immense pleasure. Though I am not
a professional musician I love it and I practice for my own
happiness and satisfaction. I enjoy western, pop, hindustani and
karnatic ( classical form of music from India)
