Its absured to talk about the replacement at this stage.Team managers has to submit their reports with real facts what departments in which Indian team failed and who were culprits.
Dravid would have kept forth blindly in sehwag.Other than this, no blame could be placed on him, in against Sri lanka he was the highest scorer I could observe few players wanted to become the record holders.
I believe need genuine all members to bring credit to the team thinking of the status of the team, get rid of players who crossed 35 years.bring in young blood, guys like Suresh raina, kaif, karthick, sreesanth etc., What about your counter argument of this topic?

From my point of view Dravid was never eligible to become captain of indian tema. Ganguly is the master and if we seek for other option than it would have been tendulkar no doubt.
Ragarding departments which failed in worldcup , I don't think so that even a single department worked for indian team in this world cup . Batting, Bowling, Fielding and Decison making on the ground were very poor and selecting sqauds to play on the day was very poor too.
It's chappel who should be thrown out immediately.

I don't think there is a need to change Dravid from captaincy but management have to think of many other factors regarding the upliftment of youth into the scenariyo.Team India have stars more than players ,and its the main factor which lead to the disastor in west Indies. When other teams focus on professionalism in play we are still in 80's or 90's.Game have changed in every levels internationally. We have to rise up to that level.I totally agree with your suggestions regarding senior players.Sachin Tendulkar ,I respected him now also but its time for him to retire. He's no more that Sachin in 2000.He is not able to make India win. What we are waiting drop them to test cricket and give cahnce for young bloods.Let them fire for India.

well its hard to counter such hard facts. but i do feel that blaming dravid for the debacle is not fair. i know he is the captain and he is responsible for all the players but lets think about it again. what can a captain do when his batsmen fail to score runs. what is the captain suppose to do if his fielders fail to grab onto catches or do not field properly. in his defence, he was the last man standing during the srilankan game. he showed some commitment which was not there in other players.(leave alone ganguly, his first faliure ever since his comeback, so we really cant find fault with him).
yes i agree, we need new blood, but it is also important to mix youth and experience. with the next worldcup in india the team management has to make some harsh decisions regarding the place of players in the team. its high time they start including players according to the form rather than reputation.
