What are good reasons to get divorced?

I was wondering what everybody's take is on divorce and what are the acceptable reasons to get a divorce?

Divorce is a really sad thing, but if you do not love each other anymore I feel it may be a time to move on.
My mom divorced my dad because he abused her and me...and of course that is another reason for divorce.
