what phrase/words annoys you?

doesn't it annoy you when some people would say the same words at the end of each of their sentences? like paris hilton's: "that's hot!". i hate it when i ask somebody and the reply would be: "secret!" arrgh!

I really don't like to hear 'I don't know' from any employee of a certain company that I am dealing with. If I ask someone a question with regards to their product and services, I really expect them to give me a helpful answer or refer me to someone who knows. I also don't like hearing 'it's a policy'...grrr...it's really annoying.
