Have your seen the movie The Pursuit of Happiness (2006)?

I saw this movie when it first came out in the theater. I really thought it was a great show. It was hard to watch him struggle to provide for his child. It just seemed like most people would have given up. I thought Will Smith was very believable as a homeless parent and the movie was very motivational. It was a great example of what can happen if you believe in yourself and press on toward the goal.

i haven't seen the film yet. but i have read about positive reviews about it. it says that it's will smith's best role ever and that he did very well in this film. and i also read the synopsis of the film. intriguing! and i've seen the trailer, too. there are sad parts and funny parts as well. and i am really interested in watching it. i wanna buy a copy of it on DVD so, my whole family can watch it at the comfort of our home.

Yes, I went to see it and my biggest thing in this movie is to not get so caught up that I am put out.Loved the movie.

finally, I was able to watch it last night..It was good, very encouraging..but I'm surprised that It didn't made me cry, I expected a bucket of tears flowing because of the reviews and all..anywya..its ok..i enjoyed it and yes it was good!lot's of lesson on perseverance learned.

That movie is really great. I like it..It is very good. I even got a good quote from it..it says: "Don’t ever let somebody tell you, you can’t do something. Not even me. You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you, you can’t do it. If you want something, go for it. Period"^_^

i have seen that movie. i and my husband went together for this movie. it is truly inspirational in every sense. i admire the real person chris gardner what a determination he has to come up. he had soo many reasons to drop his dream and compromise with the situation but he did not opt for any of those things. he kept going determined to fulfill his dream. he wants to be successful in life and he does fulfill his dreams. great determination. God is always with people with strong determinations.

I really enjoyed it, and felt that it lived up to the teary and heartwarming trailer. While the movie has an uplifting "go for your dreams" message, the deepest theme is that of family.Will Smith did a great job as the father trying to protect his son from their circumstances of becoming homeless as much as he can, while at the same time trying to work in the competitive world of stocks as an un-paid intern. Jaden Smith was outstanding as the preschool-aged kid who knows things are going wrong and tries to have a stiff upper lip, but just can't do it all the time.

yes i already seen Pursuit of Happiness and its very good movie, he experienced a lot of hard time on his together with his son but he never give up unless he became strong because his wife left him, his wife is sick and tired of their desperate life thats why he left her family. But he continue moving no matter how hard.. I like that film and its inspired me a lot...

I LOVED this movie...just bought the dvd for my collection this weekend.
