Any body here who knows staff notations in music?

Actually i have been playing guitars for years but thats practically, people say that i really play well. But i have a problem i cannot read staff notation, i mean theoretically i am nothing in guitar. My brother taught me when i was very young, he taught me many classical and he use to praise me saying that i am a very fast learner but he never taught me the theory and i never bothered to ask him.
The reason why i want to learn is that i have composed some song and guitars for the song. So, the music companies going to ask me for staffs of the song as well as the guitar staff. Please help me with some sites where i get free guitar theory lessons. Thanks to you all

Actually, music companies have people, who will do the notation for you. You need to just come out with your song and when they think it's good enough, they'll put some master minds to work with it, and you'll get notation of your song in no time. I'm not saying that you shouldn't study notation, but it's no way neccessery and surely helps you to communicate with other musicians, who may not be as talented as you(as they need notation to play;)

If you need them to look professional, you'd better ask a professional to do it for you, for nothing can be expected to be mastered overnight. Learning theory, such as the modes and developing your reading & writing skills take time and a lot of practice. You may wish to check out this link. http://www.guitarbasics.com
