Are blondes really dumb as they are in blonde jokes

I have heard quite a few jokes about blondes,many of the blonde jokes are witty and entertainining,as we have sardarji jokes in India.
But in reallife sardarjis are really not that stupid as they are made out in sardarji jokes,are blonde jokes also
like that, in real life are the blondes intelligent.
May be if there were blondes in my city I would have known but unfortunately there seems no way I can find out in Bangalore.
Can you help me out,can you share your experiences.

No buddy dats not true, just as we have sardarji' in india blondes are the same i the west, they arent dumb at all

well, well. i cant help you out with a real life incident however, i got a good joke for you...hope u will enjoy it...
A person went into the office kitchen one morning and found a new blonde girl painting the walls. She was wearing a new fur coat and a nice denim jacket.
Thinking this was a little strange, he asked her why she was wearing them rather than old clothes or an overall.
She showed him the instructions on the tin,
"For best results, put on two coats".
