how to GAIN WEIGHT??

I'm thin since I was a child. I really wish to become fat or just in the middle. My friends already offered me a lot of suggestions to become big but nothing happened. Do you have anything in mind? Please help.

i am too facing with this problem 1.eat a couple of bananas everyday 2.goto a nice gym and stop it after 2 months 3.eat a lot of rubbish like bakery items and carbo hydrates 4.consult a nice physician and he would advise u some digestion tonics

Is everyone in your family thin? If so, then you may always be thin, as my husband is very thin and so is the rest of his family. He has already visited our doctor, who informed him there is nothing wrong with being thin. My husband had a complete physical and was told he is very healthy. He even went for a second opinion with the same results. My only suggestion visit your doctor and make sure there is no medical reason for being thin.

Try going to the gym EVERYDAY for, say a month or two. Then suddenly STOP. My bestfriend was slim but still went to the gym. When she suddenly stopped she gained weight like a really big bee stung her LOL

If you are not gaining weight despite eating extra calories, etc. Then you should consult a doctor, this may be a sign of some problems. normally you can gain weight by eating more with mild sports training, if this doesn't work you may have some medical problems and usually they are easy to treat and you can gain weight afterwards.

I too suffer with the same problem of being too skinny and i hate it..I have recently gained a little weight though by eating lots of jacket pototoes with cheese and drinking weight gain formula, the best one is by York and theres over 500 calories in every glass, bread, potatoes, doritoes with cheese or mayo dips and cashew nuts are some of the best types of foods though to gain weight.
