Help, I need someone that understands settings on the computer

This morning when I turned on my computer, the size of the font was changed so tiny in "my favorites" and "settings". I cannot even read it, it's sooooo small. Can someone please help me. I have windows xp2000 outlook express internet explorer on high speed. Thank you.
