Why do most of us only follow others?

We often find the phenomenon: all the girls wear the same style of hair, dress themselves in same style of clothes ( slightly different). I read this story:
A blind man was in fdthe company of others. When his sompanions saw something funny, they laughed. The blind man laughed, too. When they asked him why he was laughing, the blind man replied," Since you laugh, there must be something worth lauging at.Can you be cheating me there?"
I admit that many often say they are different and outstanding, but see deep in their eyes and souls, they are sheerly not worth mentioning.

Nice story about the blind man I liked it. You can look at it two ways I guess that people are as the blind man and follow along just to be a group or maybe you could look at is in reality we are all alike and we should realize are common traits instead of differences.

I definatley do not do this, I have a style that is completely all my own and is in no way a copy of anyone else.

Hello rainer!(",)I think many people tend to follow others so that they can have something to belong. No one wants to be left alone that's why they really try to copy what's in and what's new. I'm not really the type of person who likes to conform most of the time. I have my very own style and I really don't need to follow others just to belong. It is maybe because I have a high self-esteem and I regard my self as someone special and unique from others. There is nothing wrong with following as long as you make sure it doesn't hurt others and it's good to you. Have a great day!(",)

Because it is easier to be a shadow of someone than to lead a pack and take the blame when it started to fall out.
