YES!!! Experts such as Jane Brody, and author and personal health columnist for the New York Times, define junk food and comment on the need of immediate gratification, moodiness caused by excess sugar, and how an important diet, or "trashing" yourself, can be a reflection of low self-esteem.

People find junk food easy and tasty so they preper to take. It is time and money saving also. But it has side effect also, we know but we use more or less quantity. Stoppage of totally is not possible. It is better for us that lot of comments are comming by columnists for such people who are using it very frequently. This awareness will definitely help to the people. There are many who do not know its side effect/impact so they are using.

Junk foods are not that bad. It also helps us because it gives instant gratification for our hunger and cravings. The only problem is that people who prefer this kind of snack or food tend to have them in excess. Even vitamins which are touted to be beneficial to our body can be toxic if you take more than prescribed.

I don't take vitamins either. I'm more of a herbal person, I don't believe in medicines.
