But it has side effect also, we know but we use more or less quantity. Stoppage of totally is not possible. It is better for us that lot of comments are comming by columnists for such people who are using it very frequently. This awareness will definitely help to the people. There are many who do not know its side effect/impact so they are using.

The only problem is that people who prefer this kind of snack or food tend to have them in excess. Even vitamins which are touted to be beneficial to our body can be toxic if you take more than prescribed.
