Is a brisk brushing the best way to stimulate our scalp?

Stroking forcefully can make your head sore( because the bristle can scrape against your skin, causing irritation, inflammation, even bledding), and it'll harm, not help your hair.
Better:
*Massage your head with your fingertips while shampooing to improve blood flow and to keep follicles healthy.
*Be gentle when you brush, and avoid using any broken or jagged bristles.
This is just a guide on how to take care your hair. Be guided.

I've had my hair both long and short. the only considerable difference i have noticed is that it's harder to maintain short hair. i thought it would be easier but you have to style it before leaving the house, or else you will look like you just woke up. i prefer myself to have shoulder length hair. not too long and not too short.

on the contrary. I like brushing my hair with a brush that has very strong pins (metal or plastic). It clears out my headache and massages my scalp effectivly!
