St Jude's Quilt of Dreams - I think this is great. These are the winners of the 2006 contest.

I was on www.hancockfabrics.com and saw an advertisment for the St Jude Quilt contest. What you do is make a quilt using the fabric designated with the St. Jude material and then you return it to a store that will then send it on to be judged then it is given to a child at St. Jude's. The great thing is that when you purchase the material $0.50/yd goes to St. Judes.

no i have never heard of the st jude quilt contest but i think it would be a good idea i have a very competitive streak when it comes to crafting and i am always looking for contests to enter but most of them that i find are either out of date or they are too far away from my home to enter into i would love to participate in this but i just do not have enough time to dedicate to it with work and trying to go back to school and taking care of my small farm
