Many feel they need mutton, chicken or fish as side dish. Some even go for rich vegetables such as carrot or beet root.Taking green leaves is very good and easy to prepare.Doctors advise diabetic patients to eat maximum amount of green leaves.what is your opinion?

My father is also a diabetic patient and he includes green leaves dishes every day to his food.Hope that really keeping him fit without any complication of diabeties.Instead of taking medicines pls ask your hubby to have some content atleast once in a week.

I would like to know how it is made. If u know let me know pls.
