Anyone else discovering lost messages?

I just was looking at my messages and there are a whole bunch regarding a writing job posting that I did 2 weeks back, that I never got until now! Has this happened to anyone else? I sincerely apologize to anyone who wrote me and didn´t get a message back . . . I never saw your note! For anyone who is still interested in that writing job, the articles are around 500 words, on just about every topic under the sun, you get keywords like Babies and Home Security and can write about anything you wish under that topic.
