What are the effects on children when both parents are employed

hire a maid so that somebody will cook for them...when i am young, my parents were both employed and they hired a maid for us, it doesn't mean that they don't love us, we know then that they just don't have that much time to take care of us because of their job and what they were doing was for us, their children...besides if they have free time, we will go out and have some fun and every afternoon when they went back home, my mom will still cook for us or do her obligations as a mother...
