If there is one thing you would like to change in your past, what would it be?

I was going to say that I regretted marrying my ex husband, but then I realized that if I hadn't, I wouldn't have the three wonderful children I have or my four beautiful grandchildren.

I don't have regrets, even the bad choices I made taught me valuable life lessons, and I am hopefully wiser because of them.

Oh, this discussion made me think. It made me realize how many mistakes I have done in the past few years of my life. I have thought of so many times when I have been down, so many times problem occurred in my way. But somehow, I think I already have the answer to your question.

I think I do not want to change anything. As in anything. Yes, it tempts me to have some things change. Change about failed relationships, wrong decisions I have done. But it made me realize that, maybe having those problems made me a stronger person. Those hardships that I have been through gave me a lesson, that molded me to be a better person.

I thought, without those problems before, I would never know how to handle things this time. Afterall, I have been through all those problems, I have surpassed every trial in my life, and I am thankful that at least, I know what to do the next time it happens to my life.

So, there. I would not want to change anything.:) I just saw things in a positive manner and thought that those things I have done before are meant to be done. Decisions that are wrongly made are tests, to teach me a lesson. Taught me how to be more careful with what I am dealing with. (--,)

I do not regret anything that has happened to me in the past. Because if none of those things happened to me, I do not know where I would be right now.

I regeat not paying as much attention in school as I should have. I was mean to kids in highschool, I wish i coudl take that back. I didn't apply myself to learning as much as I should have, either. They do say that hindsight is 20/20 though right?

I regret how I lost my virginity. It should have never been with a married man; I should have waited to be in love with someone and have the love recipricated.

I should have studied more in high school and pushed myself. Now that I am pushing 40 with a teenage daughter, I know that I want more for her than I have excelled to become.

I regret how long I stayed dating this one guy, it was over 8 years. He recently came into my life and boy was I ever blind. He is a total self absorbed jerk who thought he could waltz in and pick up where he left off over 7 years ago. Wasn't happening.

Whew!!! Now I feel better.

I think I would have expreienced life on my own before I got married. I went right from my parents house to living with some friends and then my boyfriend who is my husband. I always lived with someone and never myself. There have been times in my marriage that I thought I would leave,but honestly I don't go because I don't know if I could make it on my own.

For me I will choose another friend that can reslly be trusted for lifetime, I have a friend for more than 20 years that I trust, never thought of using me to get what he wanted and lie to you .
