Does Chinese green tea do have good to heathy?  

i went through a major thing with green teas, i was told that they are really good for helping with digestion and can even help you loose weight if you are over weight. they are supposed to rid your body of impurities such as oxidents. but i have to say, for the whole time i drank them, i felt nothing and they just tasted nasty!

My family always use green tea in every meal .
My mother told me that green tea is good for our health, it clean up all the dirty inside and make us feel yummy when we eat.
I don't know is it right or not but i have to admit that Chinese green tea is so much better than other tea in USA.

all teas have good effects on you. don't think otherwise, i just think Green tea, as they say have much more benefits than the others.
